Academy Messages

We wish all the community a relaxing family Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We are very proud of all the hard work completed by our children and the PTFA this term. With everyone's support, we have managed to raise enough money to replace the pirate ship at Heathfields Infants and the children love the new addition to their playground. 

We have also had the pleasure of inviting parents to school. It has been wonderful to see so many families join us for our Christmas carol service this month.

Our Year Six children have been developing their social and physical skills during their residential this month.

Reading Homework

We are really impressed with how much more the children read at home on a regular basis. We have almost doubled our reading expectations this term. Thank you to the children, parents, grandparents and older siblings who are all ensuring the children develop a love for reading. The teachers are looking forward to hearing about the stories you have read over the Christmas break. It will be a busy book club session.
